Measuring your pet

Your Hauler agent will arrange a survey of your home, to determine the volume of household goods which need to be moved.
While in your home, the Hauler agent collect information about your pet, take his or her name and show you how to measure them to ensure we arrange the perfect-sized travel carrier. These details will be registered together with a photograph of your pet, for our reference.

We provide a perfectly-sized pet travel carrier

Hauler will provide an approved travel carrier, if you do not have one. Travel carriers must be large enough for your pet to be able to stand, sit, turn around and lie in comfortably. This is why it is important for us to measure your pet during the house survey.
All travel carriers supplied by Hauler includ water bowls and are lined with a cosy and hygienic fabric, to ensure that your pet has a comfortable and dry bed to relax on during their journey. On request, we may use pheromone sprays like Adaptil or Feliway in our carriers, to create a relaxing environment.

Moving with pets abroad

Your Moving with Pets agent has years of experience and is familiar with all the regulations governing the movement of pets abroad. We will discuss all the details of your pet’s relocation and will advise of the steps we need to take to ensure your pet’s safe can travel by air.
